Alison Gardner Biggs (Canada) is an articling student at the Canadian Medical Association. She recently resided in California where she worked in an administrative/managerial role in the patent department of a boutique IP law firm. She holds a B.A. in Women's Studies from the University of Waterloo, a LL.B. from Dalhousie University, and a LL.M. with a concentration in Law and Technology from the University of Ottawa, where she was a Gowling Lafleur Henderson Fellow. She has interned at the Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC) and at Bell Canada.
