Christopher Marsden is Lecturer and Director of the LL.M. programme in Information Technology, Media and E--commerce at the University of Essex (UK). He previously was research manager at Oxford's Centre for Socio-Legal Studies, RAND Europe, General Counsel of Shortmedia, Regulatory Director at MCI WorldCom UK Ltd, and a lecturer in law at the University of Warwick from 1997 to 2000. He graduated from LSE, with LL.B. in 1989 and LL.M. (International Economic Law) in 1994.
