Emily F. Guzan is a student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she serves as Editor-in-Chief of the University of Pittsburgh Journal of Technology, Law & Policy. Her research currently focuses on copyright issues regarding ownership of course materials in universities. She was previously an extern for the Honorable Chief Judge Donetta W. Ambrose of the Western District of Pennsylvania and a research assistant for Professor Margaret Mahoney. Emily graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Honors College summa cum laude with a degree in Politics & Philosophy in 2007.
