Jan-Thomas Oskierski worked with the Institute for Information, Telecommunications and Media Law (ITM) at the University of Münster, Germany. He has been studying law, politics and economics at the University of Münster, the London School of Economics, the University of Geneva and Cambridge University and holds a PhD in law from the University of Münster. He is currently "Notarassessor" in Hamburg, Germany.
